Karlo Škorić Diplomacy. European Policy. Youth Leadership.

I am a Master's degree student of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Libertas International University in Zagreb, with leadership experience as the President of the the Student Union of Libertas International University. Through my academic career and active participation in numerous European and regional initiatives, I am dedicated to promoting student rights, improving higher education, and strengthening democratic values.

I am the co-founder of the Libertas Talks podcast, which deals with current topics in domestic and foreign policy, economics, international relations, and a number of social issues. Over the last four seasons, we have hosted a number of distinguished speakers, from European representatives and ambassadors to former ministers, experts from various fields, and relevant individuals from Croatian society.

I had the opportunity to participate in prestigious projects such as the simulation of the Council of the European Union: ConSIMium in Brussels, for which I was named among the six best Croatian students. I acted as Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia and COREPER delegate, negotiating on AI and cybersecurity while gaining experience in high-intensity teamwork, public speaking, and diplomatic negotiations.

I am also active in the European Students' Union (ESU), where I had the opportunity to represent the interests of Croatian students at the international level in the past two years.

My passion for International Relations and Diplomacy is reflected through my engagements on panels, conferences, and media appearances, where I regularly participate in discussions about the future of education, European integration, and the role of youth in society.
